How Eco Seal works

Four steps from lot size to a sealed sign-off.

Every Eco Seal job follows the same path: a real quote in two business days, a dispatcher who locks down the schedule, a vetted crew that runs the spec, and a documented completion with photos, invoice, and a 30-day check-in — no chasing, no five-day quoting window.

The four-step chain

From “what does this even cost?” to a sealed, documented sign-off — the same four stages every Eco Seal job passes through.

  1. Step 01

    Instant quote on /quote

    Drop your lot size

Tell us the lot size, surface type, and a contact. The form is built to be quick — no onboarding call, no ten-field spreadsheet — and a real reply lands in your inbox within one business day.

  2. Step 02

    Dispatcher confirms the schedule

    Locked into the calendar

Once the price and sealer spec are signed, a dispatcher locks the date and confirms the window — usually within 48 hours of sign-off, weather permitting. You get a single thread, a single phone number, and a clear ETA the day-of.

Tenant notices, gate codes, power-wash add-ons — all routed through the same coordinator so nothing gets lost between sales and operations.

  3. Step 03

    Vetted crew applies low-VOC sealer

    Two-coat, on-site in the window

A vetted Eco Seal crew arrives in the window you approved, runs the scope we priced, and applies our low-VOC asphalt sealer (below 50 g/L) with a two-coat hand application. Bundled power washing happens first so the lot cures even and clean.

24-hour foot traffic, 48-hour vehicle — conventional runs a 24-to-48-hour downtime plus a re-entry odor window tenants notice.

  4. Step 04

    Photos, payment, 30-day check-in

    Documented sign-off

Before the crew leaves, completion photos are uploaded to your project thread. You get a single invoice, the warranty reference, and a payment link — one trip, one invoice, one thread.

A 30-day check-in email closes the loop and opens the door to next season’s plan — not a drip campaign.

That’s the whole four-step chain. Drop your lot size and we’ll start it on Monday.

One form, one reply, one thread. The dispatcher confirms the schedule, the crew runs the spec, and you get a documented sign-off — no chasing, no five-day quoting window.
