Day 14 · re-offer
Step 04 4 of 5
Two ways to keep a Full Restoration moving.
If the price tag on Full Restoration routed to “next budget cycle”, you have two realistic paths through. Same sealer spec, same warranty — only the timing changes.
Two weeks in. The original Full Restoration quote had a higher number on it than the Spot Seal tier, and if you’re a property manager or board treasurer, you may have routed it to “next budget cycle” — which is fine, and we built that in.
For multi-lot HOA & commercial portfolios, we can split a Full Restoration across two seasons so a single fiscal hit doesn’t fall in one quarter. Single-lot Full Restorations are also eligible for our crack-seal-only revision: same prep, same crew, skip the second coat, and use the saved chemistry budget for next spring’s first pass.
Two ways to keep moving:
- Reply with your board’s fiscal calendar and we’ll pencil a phased schedule — same per-lot price, two invoices, no scope drift.
- Request a crack-seal-only revision against your existing measurements. We’ll send a flat-price number, not a sales sequence.
Either option keeps us on the same warranty and the same low-VOC chemistry you already approved — the change is purely timing and surface area, never the sealer spec.
